Services

We provide concrete driveways, patios, paths, courtyards, pool & spa surrounds, and design & conceptual plans, in stamped, exposed aggregate, coloured and plain finishes. Any quote or scope of work is based on information available at the time and may be revised if site conditions differ from what was described or shown to us.

Quotes

How many days should your quotes stay valid for? 14 and 30 are the usual — just tell us which.

All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for the period stated on the quote. A quote is not a binding contract until accepted in writing and any required deposit is paid. If you accept a quote after the validity period has expired, we may issue a revised quote to reflect current material and labour costs.

Bookings and Payment

Do you take a deposit before starting? If so, how much? When is final payment due, how do you like to be paid, and do you charge anything on late payments?

Booking and payment terms, including any deposit, final payment due date, accepted payment methods, and any late payment charges, will be confirmed with you before work commences and recorded on your quote or agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

How much notice do you need if someone cancels or reschedules, and do you charge a fee for late cancellations?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling notice periods and any applicable fees will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your project and site, ensure safe access for our team and equipment, and clear the work area of obstacles, vehicles, and pets before we arrive. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents or approvals for the work, unless we have agreed in writing that we will handle them.

Workmanship and Guarantees

Do you offer a guarantee on your workmanship, and for how long?

We take pride in our workmanship and stand behind the quality of our concrete finishes. Any guarantee offered, its duration, and the conditions that apply will be confirmed in writing on your quote or agreement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues caused by factors outside our control, including existing ground conditions, hidden services, or work performed by others.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Fine Art Concrete Ltd or used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent. You agree to use this website lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
